MMC996 Terms and Conditions

These terms are a general summary. The full, binding terms are provided in your MMC996 account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any MMC996 service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with any rules published for specific games, products or promotions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Where the rules for a particular game or promotion differ from these general terms, the specific rules apply to that game or promotion.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher.
• You are responsible for checking that online gaming is permitted in your location before you play. MMC996 does not provide legal advice.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• Employees, agents and associates of MMC996 may be restricted from taking part in certain promotions.

MMC996 may request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed.

3. Account Registration

• Each member may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any related bonuses or winnings cancelled.
• The information you provide at registration must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. The name on your account should match the name on your payment method.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Any activity carried out through your account is treated as your own. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact customer service straight away.
• MMC996 may suspend or close an account if the information provided is false or if these terms are breached.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

• The minimum deposit is MYR 30. Individual promotions may set their own qualifying amounts.
• After making a transfer, submit a deposit notice in the Deposit section of your account. Funds are credited to your chosen wallet once verified.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned.

Wallets

• Your account includes a main wallet and product wallets. You can transfer funds between them at any time using the transfer function.
• Balances in product wallets can only be used for the related product.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are paid to a payment method in the account holder’s name.
• Any bonus rollover or wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal involving bonus funds can be processed.
• MMC996 may carry out verification checks before approving a withdrawal. Requests may be delayed or declined if verification is incomplete or if irregular activity is detected.
• MMC996 is not a bank. Account balances do not earn interest, and accounts should not be used to store or transfer money unrelated to gaming.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Every promotion has its own terms, including eligibility, qualifying deposit, maximum bonus and rollover requirements. Please read them before claiming.
• Rollover is the total amount you must wager before a bonus, and any winnings from it, can be withdrawn. Rollover applies to many offers, including the New Member Bonus and several daily bonuses.
• Unless a promotion states otherwise, only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, household, device or payment method.
• Certain games or bet types may not count, or may count only partly, towards rollover. Details are given in each promotion’s terms.
• MMC996 may change, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

Bonus Abuse

MMC996 considers the following, among others, to be bonus abuse:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once
• Coordinated or group betting to exploit a promotion
• Placing opposite bets on the same outcome to meet rollover without real risk
• Using any method designed to gain an unfair advantage from a promotion

Where bonus abuse is suspected, MMC996 may cancel bonuses and related winnings, revoke VIP privileges and suspend or close the account involved.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Members agree to play fairly and in good faith. The following are prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, software or devices that automate play or interfere with games
• Colluding with other players or exploiting a technical error, bug or malfunction
• Fraud, money laundering or the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or other players, including in live chat and live dealer rooms
• Selling, transferring or lending your account to another person

If a game malfunctions, affected bets and payouts may be voided. MMC996 may withhold funds, void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

Gaming should be entertainment, not a way to earn money. MMC996 encourages every member to:

• Set a budget and time limit before playing
• Never chase losses or play with money needed for essentials
• Take regular breaks
• Contact customer service if you would like support to take a break from play

MMC996 may restrict or close an account where there are concerns about a member’s wellbeing.

8. Privacy

MMC996 uses advanced encryption to help protect your account and transactions. Personal data is kept confidential, used only to operate your account and provide our services, and is never sold to third parties. We may be required to share information where the law requires it or to prevent fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

• MMC996 services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website or any game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• MMC996 is not liable for losses arising from internet or device failures, delays, third-party provider outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• MMC996 is not responsible for losses caused by a member sharing login details or failing to keep their account secure.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

MMC996 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
